Oktoberfest 2019 – A Volkswagen Adventure

Oktoberfest is not your average VW show – It’s not a ‘show’ at all in the expected sense! So say “auf wiedersehen” to the V-Dub season in style, come and find yourself a real Volkswagen Adventure.

Oktoberfest is all about you crazy campers. It’s held at the River Dart Country Park – an absolute jewel of a campsite, packed with outdoor activities & competitions…fun for all the family.
2 great nights of entertainment, including our Spooktacular Halloween Fancy Dress Party on Saturday night – with a uniquely Oktoberfest slant on the traditional.

Limited space for trade presence – so there’s no huge trade arena, just a selection of some of our favourites.

The River Dart Country Park hosts the best on and off site facilities including an utterly amazing adventure playground, wonderful country and river walks, zip wires, bmx pump track and so much more…the kids won’t go home bored!
If you don’t fancy cooking while you’re camping, there’s a variety of delicious food & drink served all weekend from the Old Sawmill.

On the Sunday we have an informal Show & Shine in the gorgeous hotel gardens. We also hand out a mixture of other wacky awards just for the campers.

* TICKETS ON SALE first at Oktoberfest 2018 with a limited number of 60 EHU pitches available. They are then next available at Bristol Volksfest on the 15th & 16th June. Here there will also be a limited number of 60 EHU pitches available.
Tickets then go on general sale on our website a week or two after, when the remaining EHU will be available. If you want to guarantee a particular pitch or electric hook up we recommend you book as early as you can,

* Electric hook-up is available but not guaranteed. So get in quick if you want power to the van!

* Extend your stay – if you want to make more of the weekend then you can stay on Thursday and Sunday nights as well (extra charge applies).
