Vee Dub Family Birthday Weekender Camp Out 2024

For the Vee Dub Family Birthday Weekender Camp Out 2024 we return to Unity Farm in Brean for a belated 9th Birthday celebration of the Vee Dub Family – this is a chilled out camp where you can reconnect with friends and make new ones. Due to the huge amount of rainfall in the first quarter of 2024 the dates have been moved back to 21st – 23rd June. Each pitch will be a full size electric pitch to accommodate a single sleeping unit, however groups of two or more can contact us to arrange split pitches either via email to weekender@veedubfamily.org or WhatsApp on 07738 299 803 – please note there are only a set number of split pitches available, max two sleeping units per pitch with a single electric supply and an additional charge applies. Our camp out will be split across both Brown and Green fields, if you would like to be next to certain friends please be sure to add a note of their name on your booking in the additional info notes at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate these requests. Please note this camp out is for members of the Vee Dub Family group – we shall be checking membership and participation in the Facebook group before we accept any bookings.

Second vehicles (non-camping units) and dogs (max three per pitch) are chargeable as they were in 2023, please add the appropriate tickets at checkout. Departure on the Sunday morning is at 10am, however if you would like to have a late checkout on Sunday then you need to add the Sunday night to your booking meaning that you can stay on your pitch up until 10am on Monday morning. If doing this then you can remain pitched up and enjoy all the facilities on site including Brean Splash and Leisure Park, head over to the beach and just head on home when ready without having to worry about packing down and being off your pitch early.

During your stay you will be able to receive discounted entry to the onsite water park Brean Splash, Brean Play (soft play) and Brean Leisure Park. For Brean Splash & Brean Play, booking is done via the Unity app in advance by selecting Unity Guest, you will then need to display your pass which we will give you when you check in at the centre when you arrive for your booking. Discount for Brean Leisure Park is applied when purchasing entry from Unity reception during your stay. Also onsite are arcades, bars, shop, takeaway, parks, BMX pump track, club house hosting entertainment for all ages including bingo and kids shows and more, all of which is included with your weekend. There is also a market running next to the Leisure Park over the weekend, lots of walks and cycle tracks, the beach of course and many other things to do locally including a golf course and the awesome Animal Farm Adventure Park just a few minutes from the site.

Fire pits and BBQ’s are permitted providing that they are a minimum of 12 inches off the grass – Unity reserve the right to charge anyone who damages the grass on their pitch where they have not followed the rules or been negligent.

We love all of your dub dogs but please note that whilst dogs are welcome on site they are not permitted inside the entertainment venues, arcade, pool, soft play, leisure park or secret wood. These are rules applied by Unity – please check their website if you have any concerns or queries.
